Matthew is an exceptional certified Salesforce consultant. We've now worked together on multiple data migration projects through CRMMarket and independently; for a lot of reasons, he is now my go-to consultant for data migration requirements. He is technically capable, extremely responsive, very affable and easy to work with. As is frequently the case with CRM data migration, it did not go as smoothly as planned. Like the layers of an onion, the more you peel away the layers of data, you often uncover structural oddities or data issues that have to be resolved. In this project for a particularly challenging client CRM migration, we encountered a number of issues in the data. What makes Matthew standout is he doesn't just stipulate where there are problems--he offers specific, well thought-out solutions to pick from, and can work magic in Excel to automate as much of the data changes as possible. He is articulate, clear, and honest in his assessments, billing, and business dealings--a sad rarity these days, but a huge confidence booster when you're dealing with the ambiguity of data migrations. I've worked with a lot of Salesforce consultants over the years, but I'd recommend him first in a heartbeat.
