Our community of users is growing, making it the best platform available for consultants to monetize and showcase their talent to a broader audience.

PROJECTS

Any Salesforce related project can be done on CRM Market. The consultants can tackle a range of projects:

  • Big or small
  • Short or ongoing
  • Individual or team based

Whether you need help installing an app from the AppExchange, a consultant to provide you a 5-hour training session, or a developer to write your next integration the expert consultants in our marketplace can accommodate.

You might never be able to debate the merits of Apex code (the programming language that executes on Salesforce) and that's Okay. However, before you write the project description, figure out what you want and what is possible; reach out to other organizations in your sector, consult with friends and volunteers, and read related publications.

Include a brief introduction of your company's mission, and detailed information about the programs/constituents/companies/ clients you need to track and manage and make sure to answer the following question:

  • What is the nature of your project?
  • What are your needs?
  • What are the expected outcomes?

Indicate what your most urgent needs are, what is important to have, and what would be nice to have in a world with no budgetary restrictions.

Make sure to be very clear about the expectation for each milestone because the milestones define the payment schedule of the project. Here are a few examples:

Milestone #1: Analyze and Design - 25% of the project's budget

During this milestone the consultant will work with us to gather our requirements. The outcome of the milestone will be a 2 page document that outlines the customization to our system.

Milestone #2: Sandbox Build - 50% of the project's budget

During this milestone the consultant will build the customization outlined in the design document. The outcome of the milestone will be a one hour walk through of our sandbox environment.

Milestone #3: Deploy to Production 25% of the project's budget

During this milestone the consultant will deploy all the customization from sandbox to production. The outcome of the milestone will be a one hour walk through of our production environment.

Selective Projects are projects where the project owner can invite specific consultants to place bids. These projects are still publicly listed in the marketplace but not all consultants have access to bid on a Selective Project. Read more about Selective Projects here.

The CRM Market team is dedicated to make sure that projects are clear and that the scope of work is realistic. A star indicates that CRM Market provided feedback that you fully or partially accepted and added to your project.

Each consultant has a public profile page covering:

  • A short bio
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce applications
  • Previous projects and review

Make sure to review this information before awarding the project.

Pay your consultant per completed milestone. We will release funds to your consultants after they meet the pre-set milestones that you created. All payments go through our secure system. Choose from the following billing methods:

  • Credit card
  • Bank account
  • Checks (coming soon)

You, the client, pay a 3.35% processing fee for each transaction. We receive 10% commission on each project when it is awarded.

Example: For a $100 project, the client pays $103.35, we receive $10 and the consultant receives $90.

The three steps to getting started are:

Each CRM Market project has a built-in Q A messaging platform that lets you communicate with your potential consultant.

In order to maintain your safety and privacy, all contact between consultants and guests need to be handled on the site. If you attempt to exchange email addresses or phone numbers before having awarded a project your message will be removed and you will receive a one time warning before terminating your account with us.

We will send an introduction between you and your consultant. You will communicate with the consultant via our private messaging system.

From the Jobs tab click "Post a Job" in the upper left-hand corner of the browser page and then create your user account. Enter the following information:

Entities providing job content to CRM Market are required to adhere to the following policies. We ask that you read these policies carefully and refer to this document often. If you fail to comply with these policies, we may exclude the job content you provide. While in many cases we prefer to work with job content providers to achieve policy compliance, we reserve the right to exclude any job content at any time.

  • Be truthful in your representation of your company and the job that you are looking to fill.
  • Provide the real company name for each job posting.
  • Provide as much description and detail as possible about your company and job, without providing extraneous, superfluous, or unrelated content; aim for 1 to 3 paragraphs.
  • Avoid liberal use of punctuation (e.g., !, $, ?, *) and capitalization.
  • Avoid tricks intended to improve search engine rankings, such as keyword stuffing or using keywords that are irrelevant to your company and job.
  • Each job posting should advertise one -- and only one -- type of role. It is okay to use one job posting to advertise that you are hiring five sales people since that is all the same role. It is not okay to use one job posting to advertise that you are hiring "sales people, account managers, administrators, and developers." Since these are four distinct roles, you should post four separate job postings.
  • Consider this rule of thumb: would you feel comfortable explaining what you have done to a company that competes with you? Another useful test is to ask, "Does this help job seekers? Would I do this on my own site?"
  • Do not violate US Equal Employment Opportunity laws. You cannot discriminate based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disabilities, or genetic information.
  • Proof-read your content, because you are responsible for the accuracy and grammatical correctness of all content that you provide.
  • Provide an efficient process for job seekers to view the details for a job and apply to that job.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date content including removal of expired job listings.
  • If you are an Employer, you must either allow seekers to directly email an application to you or submit an application on the first landing page that a seeker is taken to after upon leaving Simply Hired.
  • Do not submit jobs that are aggregated from other sources.
  • Do not charge any fee or require a login for a job seeker to see the full job description.
  • Do not charge a fee for a job seeker to apply to your job.
  • If you are a Job Board or other 3rd party site, you must allow seekers to submit an application either to the site first landed on (i.e. your site) or directly to the hiring company’s web site.
  • Do not display job listings provided by third parties on landing pages or during the apply process.
  • We do not accept job content from sites that display material in violation of US or international copyright and trademark laws.
  • We do not accept job content from sites that display trademarks of CRM Market or its partners and affiliates without written consent from the respective trademark owners.

When you create a job posting, we will ask how you would like to receive applications. You can either link to an application form on your website or specify an email address where you would like applications to be sent.

Yes, you can receive an unlimited amount of applicants.

CRM Market job posting is currently free for employers.

Applying for Jobs

From the Jobs tab use the search to find relevant jobs matching the criteria you enter and by matching words that are related to your search criteria.

To do a basic search, you should enter the following:

  • Keywords
  • Filter by State/ Province
  • Filter by job type
  • Filter by category
  • Filter by certifications
  • Filter by expertise
  • Filter by minimum and maximum salary

In order to view the full information about a job post you need to purchase credits. You can purchase the following credit quantities:

  • 20 credits for $50
  • 10 credits for $35
  • 5 credits for $20
